With the end of Daylight Saving Time, our hours will be changing. Mon-Friday:  10 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Sat & Sun:  10. a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

16 pints today.  Had some leftover I may can tomorrow and about six pounds I’ll probably cook and freeze.  More still growing in the garden.  I LOVE beets, and they are sooooo pretty!  🙂
